Welcome to our online discussion of Dallas Willard and Jan Johnson's Renovation of the Heart in Daily Practice: Experiments in Spiritual Transformation. Each day, Monday-Friday, I will post the title of that day's chapter and maybe an excerpt from the chapter. WOW this one caught me off guard. I believe when we die to self we do have feeling we mourn and also have to forgive ourselves like God has forgiven us.We also have to change and not do things our way. because before I have given Myself to God my way didnt work but when I allowed God in my life started to get better and keeps getting better.
Lord I ask you for help please give me the tools so that I am not so critical of people just because I dont believe or like the way they do things or act.I also ask for the courage to be more like you with all and not be afraid what people think of me!! In Jesus Name I pray! AMEN
